All items will be shipped with tracked couriers. We ship NZ wide using cardboard boxes recyclable bags etc


Returns and refunds

We are happy to refund you for any products that are faulty, or offer you a store credit.
Please note that perfume and earrings are non refundable or returnable due to hygiene procedures.
Please choose carefully as we do not refund if you have changed your mind.  However If you do wish to exchange something you can return it to us within 7 days of receiving the product or receive a store credit. 
  • If you are returning for an exchange please make sure the product is in the same condition it was in at the time it was purchased, and it is to be in its original unmarked packaging, with original tags. 
  • If we believe the product isn't returned as it had been sent we are under no obligation to arrange a replacement or credit. 
  • Once your returned product has been inspected we will email you to notify of the approval or rejection of your refund/replacement or store credit.

Return shipping is at the cost of the buyer

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your items for store credits or exchanges. you will also be responsible for paying any shipping costs to send out exchanged items.

Sale products are not able to be returned for either a refund or credit

No returns exchanges or store credit are available if the item is a sale product.
all sale items are final sale and not returnable or refundable.

We do not take responsibility for lost items
